Code of Ethics
For Students
- Academic Integrity : Students shall maintain honesty in all academic work, including assignments, examinations and projects. Plagiarism, cheating and unauthorized collaboration are strictly prohibited. We expect original thinking and authentic effort in every submission.
- Respect and Civility : Students shall treat peers, faculty and staff with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment or bullying based on gender, religion, caste, creed or any other characteristic is unacceptable and will result in disciplinary action.
- Professional Conduct : Students shall conduct themselves professionally during internships, industry projects and campus activities. Punctuality, reliability and ethical behavior are expected in all interactions with organizations and external partners.
- Campus Responsibility : Students shall maintain the college campus in good condition, respect institutional property and adhere to safety protocols. Environmental consciousness and responsible resource use are encouraged.
- Confidentiality : Students shall respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during case studies, projects or organizational visits and shall not misuse data for personal gain.
For Faculty
- Teaching Excellence : Faculty shall deliver quality instruction, stay updated with industry trends and research, and employ effective teaching methodologies that engage and inspire students.
- Fair Assessment : Faculty shall evaluate students objectively and consistently, provide constructive feedback, and maintain transparency in grading criteria and outcomes.
- Professional Conduct Faculty shall maintain appropriate boundaries with students, avoid conflicts of interest and conduct themselves with integrity in all academic and administrative matters.
- Research Integrity : Faculty shall conduct research ethically, acknowledge sources, avoid plagiarism and report findings honestly without manipulation or bias.
- Student Support : Faculty shall be accessible, mentor students holistically and create an inclusive learning environment that respects diverse perspectives and learning styles.
- Confidentiality : Faculty shall respect student privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal information, academic records and sensitive discussions.
